M Y   S T O R Y

My name is Cait. I’m a New York City-based freelance writer and stylist for artists, entrepreneurs, small businesses, and startups. I support my clients with digital content that uses creativity and storytelling to cultivate a unique voice for their brands. I’m also the founder of ARTicles of Clothing Blog.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a compulsion to write and a fascination with fashion. To me, the two are connected by the common thread of storytelling. Whether through words or articles of clothing, I believe there’s an art to telling your story.

After graduating from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in English and Creative Writing, I ventured into the job market with the mindset that my liberal arts degree wouldn’t translate into a career. I relied on my strengths and professional experience to secure a job in inventory management and later sales development. I was content in my sales development role, but I wasn’t passionate about it. So, I decided to make a change. I left my secure job at a thriving startup, founded ARTicles of Clothing Blog, and set out as a freelance writer and later stylist.

My approach to writing and styling focuses on telling your story in order to develop an original voice for your brand. I understand your brand and your story are one-of-a-kind, and I’ll listen to your objectives in order to create the most effective content for you. I’ve had the pleasure of partnering with a variety of regional and national lifestyle brands such as Crown & Caliber, Eide Magazine, singer/songwriter Erica Bryan, MyBod Wellness, Yogasmoga, and more. Whether through styling or straightforward content, I’ll help you determine the best way to tell your story.
